At AlphonsoBliss, we are committed to delivering authentic Devgad Alphonso mangoes fresh from the farms to your doorstep with the utmost care. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, it is sent for careful sorting, quality checking, and hygienic packaging.
Because Alphonso mangoes are harvested in batches, orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

You will receive a shipping notification once your package is handed over to our delivery partner.


2. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Within Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
  • Other parts of India: 3–7 business days

These are approximate timelines and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation delays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Remote delivery locations

3. Packaging & Handling

All mangoes are:

  • Hand-picked
  • Quality-checked
  • Naturally ripened
  • Packed in protective, breathable boxes

This ensures that your mangoes reach you in the best possible condition.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly shown during checkout before payment.
Occasionally, AlphonsoBliss may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers.


5. Delivery Responsibility

Once the order is shipped, responsibility passes to our trusted courier partners. However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the package
  • The delivery address and contact details are correct

Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may result in additional shipping charges.


6. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control. AlphonsoBliss is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport breakdowns

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the box and mangoes

We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned or rescheduled. Additional charges may apply.
